Disney World Mini Golf — Complete Guide & Course Info

Putt Your Way Through the Magic: Disney World's Hidden Gem Attractions

Those who think that Walt Disney World only has the Magic Kingdom are sorely missing out on the full spectrum of entertainment available! Mini Golf isn’t a new activity, but that doesn’t mean you should bypass the excitement that a great round of golf will bring to a family or to a couple looking to get away from the crowds.

Walt Disney World’s mini-golf courses have been delighting guests for decades, offering themed putting adventures with the same attention to detail you’d expect from Disney’s world-class attractions. These courses provide the perfect low-key activity for arrival day, a midday break from park hopping, or an evening wind-down after a busy day of rides and shows.

Unlike typical roadside mini-golf with faded windmills and worn carpets, Disney’s courses are meticulously maintained works of art that tell complete stories as you play through all 18 holes. They’re particularly perfect for families seeking shared experiences that won’t break the bank compared to other Disney entertainment options.

TWO OFFICIAL MINI-GOLF LOCATIONS ON DISNEY PROPERTY

FANTASIA GARDENS

Fantasia Gardens is based on Disney’s classic animated film ‘Fantasia,’ offering 18 holes of whimsical fun and excitement! It’s open from 10 am until 10 pm, seven days a week (weather permitting). At the same location is the “hidden gem” for competitive folks, the “Fairways” course! This is basically a mini version of a REAL golf course. Par 3 and Par 5 holes ranging from 63 to 109 feet long, this course makes you prove your skills with a putter!

Fantasia Gardens is located within walking distance of both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, and are a hop skip and a jump from Disney’s Boardwalk Inn, Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. It’s closest to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels. The easiest way to get to the course? Make your way to the Boardwalk Area and walk between the Atlantic Dance Hall and Jellyrolls Piano Bar, over the bridge, and then continue straight ahead to the street. Fantasia Gardens is on the left (and the tennis courts on the right). If you get lost, just ask a cast member!

DISNEY’S WINTER SUMMERLAND

Located in the Disney’s Animal Kingdom Resort area, in the same parking lot as Blizzard Beach Water Park, this course features two options for mini-golf fanatics that either don’t want to go to the water park or just want to have some fun!

There are two options, with the Winter Course and Summer Course, each featuring 18 holes of adventures. The Winter course embraces all things frosty with hockey rinks, igloos, and snowmen, while Christmas music fills the air. The Summer Course celebrates the Florida sunshine with sandcastles, melting snowmen, and palm trees adorned with ornaments.

Both locations are open from 10am-10pm, seven days a week (weather permitting).

CURRENT PRICING (2025)

Adults: $19 plus tax Children (Ages 3-9): $12 plus tax

Annual passholder and Disney Travel Company discounts may be available, so definitely ask! There’s also a discount for the second round played on the same day (proof of purchase required), so take advantage of that for sure!

INSIDER TIPS

To maximize your experience, consider making reservations up to 60 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-PLAY. This is especially important during busy seasons when waits can stretch to 30 minutes or more.

Always have fun with Mini Golf by keeping score and having the winner get a Dole Whip or the loser having to grab the coffee the next morning!
