Where to get Free Drink Refills at Disney World

I’m obsessed with finding the best ways to extend my vacation dollars, so when discussing a future vacation with a friend…they were shocked that there were still fountain drink stations at Walt Disney World restaurants!

Let’s talk about this from the trip planning angle before we go into the nitty gritty of the tip.

Because a trip to Walt Disney World is incredibly expensive, your goal should be to re-allocate your funds from nonsensical expenditures into value-added experiences. Why buy astronomical priced sodas when you can have more fun with that extra few dollars in your pocket?

At certain quick service locations at the theme parks, there are drink stations that are in the middle of the dining area. When you purchase a fountain drink, the cast member gives you a cup and then you make your way to the station to pick your drink before getting your lid & straw.

STARBUCKS

Did you know that you can get free refills of hot or iced brewed coffee and tea at Starbucks?

All you have to do is be a Green or Gold Level Star Rewards member and visit a corporately-owned participating store.

This means that the stores in the theme parks, which are known as third-party participants are actually not eligible for using various rewards and features of the programs. We’ve found that the best thing is to double check the terms of use page over at Starbucks.com and confirm the participating stores.

It’s traditionally been just the two stores at Disney Springs, but stranger things have happened:)
