Magic Kingdom Hidden Pascals — Chameleon Hunt Guide

Disney Imagineers are a crafty bunch, folks! When they were presented with a blank canvas in Fantasyland after the Skyway building’s demolition, their ideas started running wilder than a teacup on spin cycle. Part of their master plan? A creek, some green space, and… drum roll, please… hidden chameleons!

The Great Pascal Hunt

Alright, Disney detectives, here’s the scoop: There are 10 Hidden Pascals scattered throughout the Tangled Rest-Area in Fantasyland. Now, I won’t spill all the beans (or lizards), because where’s the fun in that? You’ll need to channel your inner Flynn Rider and look everywhere in this rest area. And I mean everywhere – not just the green spaces!

SPOILER ALERT: Pascal’s Favorite Hiding Spots

For those who can’t resist a good spoiler (no judgment here), here are some hints to get you started:

  1. Vladimir’s got a flowery friend – look up!
  2. By the “Look for friends of Pascal” sign, a stony pal awaits on the bridge.
  3. Moss makes for great camouflage, especially for rock-colored eyeballs.
  4. Some boulders have more personality than others – one’s got Pascal written all over it (not literally, of course).
  5. Momento Mori’s backside holds a floral secret.
  6. Even light posts can be charging stations for sneaky chameleons.
  7. From Rapunzel’s Tower to the washrooms, Pascal’s got all angles covered.

Why This Chase is Worth Your Time

Walt Disney World isn’t just about rides and turkey legs, my friends. It’s about those hidden gems, those “aha!” moments that the Imagineers sprinkled throughout the park like pixie dust. Not every guest is going to know about every single gem, so when folks discover these Hidden Pascals, it’s like they’ve been let in on a magical secret.

Plus, it’s a great ice breaker with Cast Members. Trust me, nothing says “Disney enthusiast” like enthusiastically pointing out a camouflaged chameleon to a bewildered employee.

The Pascal Code (It’s Like the Pirate’s Code, but Scalier)

Remember, with great power comes great responsibility (yes, I’m quoting Spider-Man in a Disney article – sue me). Sharing this info is totally fine, but don’t be that person who spoils the hunt for others. If you see someone squinting at rocks and muttering about lizards, by all means, give them a hint. But let them experience the joy of discovery themselves. It’s like finding the perfect pair of Mickey ears – it’s just more satisfying when you do it yourself.

Happy hunting, and may your Disney vacation be filled with magical discoveries and minimal sunburn!

Now go forth and plan that Disney trip! And remember, in the immortal words of Pascal… chameleon noises
