Disney World Office Space — Best WiFi & Power Spots to Work

Work with a View of Cinderella Castle: Best Remote Work Spots at Disney

Sometimes even the most magical place on earth requires a bit of work time. Whether you’re mixing business with pleasure or just need to check in with the office, Disney World offers several convenient locations where you can set up a temporary workspace.

Here’s your guide to finding the perfect spot with reliable WiFi and power sources across all four parks.

Magic Kingdom

Tomorrowland Terrace

If you’ve walked past Tomorrowland Terrace and wondered why people are typing away on laptops, here’s the secret – this quick-service restaurant transforms into an unofficial coworking space from park opening until about 2 PM. With plenty of covered seating and a view of Cinderella Castle, it’s hard to beat this location for a morning work session. Just grab a coffee from Main Street, find a table near one of the wall outlets, and you’re set.

  • Hours: Park opening until approximately 2:00 PM
  • Location: Between Main Street U.S.A. and Tomorrowland
  • What to Know: This former quick-service restaurant transforms into a peaceful workspace during daytime hours before converting to dessert party space

Pros:

  • Abundant seating with tables and chairs
  • Covered outdoor space with fan cooling

Cons:

  • You’re in the Magic Kingdom and will realize really quickly that knowing that you’re less than a 5-minute walk to a Dole Whip will keep you distracted.

If it doesn’t work for you, remember that the Contemporary Resort is a convention hotel as well, so lots of alcoves and couches available. Plus it’s air conditioned and you can get a Joffrey’s from Contemporary Grounds before logging on.
