There’s nothing better than Disney storytelling, especially when you think about the potential crossover between an attraction and merchandise!
Here’s my list of the Top Attraction Gift Shops at Walt Disney World
Star Tours – Tatooine Traders
Let’s be honest, this list will change as soon as Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Until that point, Tatooine Traders brings the experience directly from the Starspeeder 1000 all the way to the register.
What’s cool about this merchandise shop? First off…the details are awesome! Themed as the home planet of Luke Skywalker, there are nods to the films all over the place (even a random Jar Jar Binks drawing). Clothing, toys, collectables, and a build-your-own custom lightsaber & droid factory!
Haunted Mansion – Memento Mori
Prior to Memento Mori’s grand opening, there was a cart that sold a handful of items…and it was weak! Definitely not able to meet the demand of the fandom that follows the Haunted Mansion.
When the new store opened with a plethora of interesting product lines, the fans whipped out there wallets and have made it a point to spend as much time (and vacation funds) as possible! In fact, I go in to check out the various items for my home and even some stuff for future halloween costumes!
Oh, and their pin trading set-up is top notch too!

Mickey’s Philharmagic – Fantasy Faire
The store for Mickey’s Philharmagic is less about being overpowering and more about being awesome with their use of storytelling!
From the continuation of the Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse narrative to the awesome air conditioning and the Mickey Ear selection, this is definitely a must-see shop in Fantasyland!
Tower of Terror – Tower Gifts
The theming of Tower of Terror is so much more intense that most guests will know…unless they really spend some time in and around the attraction. Tower Gifts is the shop that you exit into, and you get a huge assortment of products to buy, from shirts to food to things that you would find in a hotel gift shop (like robes).
It’s also home to one of the Stitch’s of Hollywood!
That’s my list! I’ll be adding more experiences as they come to mind, so be sure to keep checking back on the website in the future:)
