Here are some of the services that Concierge Cast Members can help you with:

  1. Tickets: They can sell you Disney Park Tickets, even adding extra park days and options like Water Park Fun and More.
  2. Special Events: Whether it’s the Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, your concierge can provide guidance on these experiences, including start times, best practices, and transportation tips.
  3. Strollers: If you need a stroller during your vacation and didn’t pre-purchase one, the concierge can offer options and contact information, including renting one from Disney or using services like Kingdom Strollers. They can also guide you to the nearest Walmart, Target, or shopping mall where you can acquire one.
  4. Tours: Interested in “Keys to the Kingdom Tours” in the Magic Kingdom or “Behind the Seeds Tours” at EPCOT? The concierge desk can help you book these experiences and assist if tour times clash with other activities on your schedule.
  5. Room Issues: Sometimes, Disney’s Room Attendants (or Disney Mousekeeping) might miss something. If you have issues like a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, burnt-out lightbulbs, or need extra towels and amenities, your concierge can help. In the case of more significant room problems, they’ll guide you on how to proceed.
  6. MagicBand: Your concierge can assist with any issues related to your MagicBand, ensuring your tech-enhanced experience goes smoothly. Keep in mind that they didn’t build the technology, so it may be a matter of sharing information that others have provided.
  7. Other Services: They can provide information on car rentals, fax prescriptions to pharmacies, help with printing airport boarding passes, assist with wheelchair and ECV rentals, make and adjust dining reservations, and even provide bandaids for those pesky blisters from new shoes.

What They Can’t Do

While the list of things they can do is extensive, there are a few limitations to keep in mind:

  1. Annual Passes: Concierge services cannot process anything related to Annual Passes, including initial sales or conversions of pre-purchased passes.
  2. Disability Access Service Pass: They can direct you to Guest Relations for this service but cannot issue Disability Access Service Passes themselves.
  3. Military Park Tickets and Other Discounted Offers: Disney offers various discounted tickets through external sources, such as Military Discounts on park tickets. While the concierge desk can assist with a Google search, it’s often more efficient to research these discounts independently.
  4. In-Park Issues: If you encounter issues while in the theme parks, such as with attractions, dining, or retail locations, it’s best to visit the Guest Relations at the respective park. Resort concierges don’t have the same tools to address such issues.
  5. “Will Call”: If you have an online ticket voucher requiring Will Call pickup, concierge services often get questions about its location. Look for ticket wickets near the park’s entrance, usually adjacent to the Guest Relations desk.
